Parmesan Pepper Sweet Potato Fries

Day 2 on the Healthy Recipes week!

Parmesan Pepper Sweet Potato Fries

1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, cut in 1/4" sticks
1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
Pinch of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450F.

In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes, cheese, olive oil and spices. Place potatoes in a single layer on a foil lined cookie sheet.

Bake 8 minutes, then flip potatoes and bake 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned in spots.l

Serve immediately.
